Cindy Miller Wilson, President and Blake Wilson, VP of Operations
Founded in 2020 with a goal of being a true partner to dealerships. We strive daily to provide quality candidates for our clients. All of our recruiters have strong dealership experience and understand the requirements of any position within the dealership setting. With 20+ years of heading up dealership accounting departments, Cindy will work hard to staff all of your Controller, CFO, GM, COO needs as well as any other corporate level positions. Blake oversees our "Confidential Search" department and is always ready to work hard for you! In addition to his dealership experience, Blake has a strong background in HR. We can staff any position you need - or if you are looking for a position we may have an opportunity for you!

In 2020, Cindy Miller Wilson founded Blue Diamond Prospecting as a nationwide dealership recruiting firm. In 2022, Blue Diamond Prospecting became a firm solely focused on auto dealers. Cindy was introduced to dealerships in 1996 and worked as a multi-store Controller until 2019. Cindy focuses on dealer partnerships and Executive Level Placements.

In late 2020, Blake Wilson became the first addition to the team at Blue Diamond Prospecting. While Blake has prior experience working in dealerships, he also grew up in a dealership family and is familiar with all areas. Blake focuses predominately on the confidential search side of the business but is active in all types of searches. Blake became a partner in the business in 2023.

In 2021, Blue Diamond Prospecting introduced Dina Saavedra as a full time Executive Recruiter. Dina has over 20 years’ experience working in Auto Dealerships and we are excited to bring that knowledge to our team. Dina is part of our West Coast expansion and makes her home in California. Dina's primary focus is the accounting departments of dealerships.

Kayla has been around dealerships her entire life and has spent time working within a service department. Kayla is based out of our Georgia offices and will be working with dealers and technicians nationwide.
